A CdTe thin film solar cell includes a transparent substrate, a graphene thin film which is formed on the transparent substrate, a CdTe thin film which is formed on the graphene thin film, and a window thin film which is formed on the CdTe thin film. Therefore, the CdTe thin film is directly formed on the graphene thin film without an additional seed layer when the CdTe thin film is formed.
