The present invention relates to an underground sediment sampling device which is to collect a sediment sample in order to analyze the characteristics and contaminant behavior of the underground sedimentary layer or underground water. The provided underground sediment sampling device can collect an underground sediment sample while blocking the contact with air in order to prevent the oxidation of iron and manganese inside the sediment, which are sensitive to oxidation-reduction environmental changes, and can conserve the sediment sample intactly from the sampling to the transportation to a laboratory by conducting all processes from sampling to the arrival at the laboratory inside a globe bag in a nitrogen atmosphere. Therefore, the underground sediment sampling device can increase the accuracy and reliability of the analysis on the characteristics and contaminant behavior of the underground sedimentary layer or underground water.
