The present invention relates to a bench mark precisely surveying system for making a precise level line. The system comprises: a level surveying device (L) composed of a level machine (10), a leveling rod mounting mechanism (20), a leveling rod (30), a height adjustment mechanism (40), a cushioning mechanism (90), a switch (120), a camera protection mechanism (130), a guide body (50), a winding machine (60), a level (70), a laser distance meter (80), an ultrasonic distance meter (140), a camera (100), a first transceiver (110), and a second transceiver (150); and a level surveying terminals (T) consisting an input unit (T1), a display unit (T3), a transceiver unit (T2), and a control unit (T4). According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent a damage to the level surveying device during the surveying of a bench mark.
