The present invention relates to a method for producing bulgogi seasoning sauce, which is characterized by comprising the steps of: (a) adding distilled water to ground wild plants and extracting, freeze-drying a concentrate, and pulverizing the freeze-dried concentrate of the wild plants to prepare a wild plant extract; (b) mixing soy sauce, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, Worcester sauce, bay leaf, and water to manufacture a sauce; and (c) adding the wild plant extract manufactured in step (a) to the sauce manufactured in step (b), and to a bulgogi seasoning sauce manufactured by the method.
