According to the present invention, a method for preparing highly crystalline silicon dioxide (SiO_2)-coated barium titanate comprises: adding a material including silicon (Si) and heating the resultant to prepare a barium hydroxide raw material in which barium (Ba) is ionized; preparing a titanium (Ti) raw material dispersed in an acid or a base; mixing and reacting the barium hydroxide and the titanium raw material to obtain a barium titanate seed; mixing the barium titanate seed with pure water and a grain growing inhibiting agent for grain growth; and coating a surface of the grain grown barium titanate seed with silicon dioxide (SiO_2).
