The present invention relates to a back plate assembly of a wearable robot for improving wearing comfort and a wearing method thereof. In the back plate assembly of the wearable robot including a back plate adhering to users back and a robot column assembled to the back plate, the present invention provides the back plate assembly of the wearable robot for improving wearing comfort characterized by including a pair of back-plate fixing brackets fixed to the opposite side of a wearing side of the back plate and having holes in the longitudinal direction; a pair of linear guides fixated inside of the back-plate fixing brackets; a sliding block sliding along with the linear guides and fixated to the back-plate fixing brackets; a liner bushing fixated to the robot column and fitted into the sliding block to enable the robot column to move on the back-plate; and coupling flanges bent on both sides of the robot column to be integrated and linearly arranged with the back-plate fixing bracket to guide to be coupled to each other by a bolt or a screw. The present invention improves wearing comfort and obtains an effect of resolving inconveniences by controlling the length of the back plate of the wearable root. In addition, the present invention can obtain a high-level robot operational algorithm by measuring how much load is applied to a user.
