According to the present invention, a simultaneous reduction system for the toxic substance of exhaust gas includes a scrubber unit and a filter unit equipped with a ceramic filter. The simultaneous reduction system comprises an urea tank accommodating urea inside; a filter unit equipped between an exhaust inlet passage and an exhaust inlet passage, and including one or more ceramic filter units for removing dust, sulfur oxides, and nitrogen oxides included in the exhaust gas; a scrubber for removing the sulfur oxides contained in the exhaust gas by being equipped in the exhaust inlet passage; and an urea supply unit which includes an urea passage for moving the urea accommodated in the urea tank and an urea supply nozzle for providing the urea to the location higher than the ceramic filter.
