The present invention discloses an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention includes a flexible substrate; multiple barrier layers formed on the flexible substrate; a thin-film transistor which is formed on the barrier layers and includes a semiconductor activation layer; at least one heat-emitting layer formed between the barrier layers; an organic light emitting element which is formed on the barrier layers and is electrically connected to the thin-film transistor; and a sealing unit covering the organic light emitting element. The heat-emitting layer is arranged between the barrier layers to minimize the thermal damage on the flexible substrate when laser beams are projected onto the semiconductor activation layer.
