The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring deformation of the ground and a tunnel, which can inspect the behavior of the ground by measuring the deformation of a horizontal length on multiple spots in a road and slope construction. The apparatus for measuring deformation of the ground and a tunnel of the present invention comprises an outer pipe (10) installed to be buried under the ground such as soil or bedrock; a measuring cable fixation end (20) connected to the lower end of the outer pipe (10), installed to be buried under the ground, and fixating a measuring cable (40); an inner pipe (30) inserted into the outer pipe (10); the measuring cable (40) connected to the measuring cable fixation end (20) and pulled out to the outside via a cover plate (50); the cover plate (50) fixated to the ground to cover the outer pipe (10) and attached to the inner pipe (20) through welding, etc.; a cable elongation indication unit (60) indicating the elongated length of the measuring cable (40) according to the elongation of the measuring cable (40); and a tension supply unit (70) providing a tension to be maintained in tight by pulling the other end of the measuring cable (40) discharged through the cable elongation indication unit (60). Accordingly, the apparatus for measuring deformation of the ground and a tunnel of the present invention can measure the behavior length of the ground with naked eyes on a construction field by connecting a gear to a rotary reel rotating along the elongation of the measuring cable, and marking a scale indicating the revolving number on the gear, and can be installed at low costs by checking the length with naked eyes without expensive equipment for processing the measured data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
