PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring rail displacements caused by the settlements of rail ground and the deformation of a structure, a system and a method for automatically measuring rail displacements using the same are provided to more stereoscopically profile a settlement prediction region by changing a number of measurement data to ground settlement value without an expensive high-precision equipment.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring rail displacements caused by the settlements of rail ground and the deformation of a structure comprises a fixed rod(42), a movable rod(46), a sensor, and an gradient sensor(47). The fixed rod includes a fixing end(40) fixed to a first rail on its one side and is extended by a given length. The movable rod includes a movable end(45) fixed to a second rail on its one side and is extended by a given length. The sensor is fixed to the fixed rod. The sensor detects the length displacement as an electrical measurement signal(31) when the movable rod is displaced by the displacement of the second rail. The gradient sensor is attached to the movable rod and measures the slope value when the movable rod slopes by the displacement of the second rail.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
