The present invention is to provide a micropile of pressure type grouting. The pressure type grouting micropile has a stress transfer plate capable of maximizing an adhesive force of the micropile, thereby reducing material costs and improving compressive strength and rigidity. The pressure type grouting micropile can receive end bearing capacity as much as cross-section area of a lower body in a load through a casing installed in the outer peripheral surface of the micropile, thereby receiving a bigger load. The pressure type grouting micropile can also reduce an embedment length for securing the micropile as an outlet hole is arranged around the casing. Thus, cement grouting is filled in surroundings of the casing to obtain peripheral friction bearing power, thereby improving friction bearing power in a required tensile and a compressive force.
