The objective of the present invention is to provide an information sign board using eco-friendly material, capable of: reducing manufacture and installation costs by lightening the weight of a sign board using eco-friendly synthetic resin when the sign board is manufactured; improving readability by uniform elasticity of the sign board; and preventing an accident due to non-readability by condensation and contaminant prevention effects. The information sign board using eco-friendly material comprises: a reflection unit which is installed in an information sign board; an information display unit including an adhesive layer for only synthetic resin, a background layer having a colored high brightness reflection paper, and a text layer having a ultra-high brightness reflection paper which are sequentially formed on one surface of the reflection unit; and a base unit which is arranged to be opposite to the information display unit and includes a high performance fiber layer, an eco-friendly synthetic resin layer, and an UV coating layer that are sequentially formed on the other surface of the reflection unit, wherein the reflection unit includes a thermal reflection eco-friendly synthetic resin layer which can block an atmospheric temperature of the information display unit and an atmospheric temperature of the base unit from being transmitted to each other, thereby making no dew condensation in the colored high brightness reflection paper by separating the temperatures of the information display unit and the base unit from each other by the thermal reflection eco-friendly synthetic resin layer.
