Provided are an employee invention disclosure management method and system for acquiring intellectual property of inhouse knowledge. In a method for recommending employee invention disclosure, inhouse knowledge is searched and output, and an employee invention disclosure message is provided to a registerer of inhouse knowledge selected from among the output inhouse knowledge. In this manner, various types of inhouse knowledge present in an inhouse system are easily recognized and filing an application of inhouse knowledge which has not been filed yet is spurred, thus contributing to an increase in acquiring intellectual property of inhouse knowledge including core techniques.
