A method and system for managing job inventions for intellectual capitalization of in-house knowledge are provided. The job invention invention recommendation method according to the embodiment of the present invention searches for in-company knowledge and outputs it, and notifies the registrant of the in-house knowledge among the outputted in-house knowledge to the job invention report encouraging message. Accordingly, it is possible to contribute to the enhancement of intellectual property of in-house knowledge including core technologies by easily grasping various in-company knowledge existing in an in-house system and encouraging patent applications of in-house in-house knowledge.
