In the present invention, disclosed are a manufacturing method of a crop protecting device for stopping wile animals from approaching, comprising the steps of printing faces or whole body of natural enemies including both eyes or claws on an optical base film having fluorescent materials with use of laser printers and coating the both eyes or claws with a composition having phosphor materials and repellents; and a crop protecting device manufactured by the method, which increases the repellent effect for wild animals by using oil and extracts of herb plants and coating the printed natural animals with phosphor materials. In addition, the crop protecting device is allowed to distinguish between mammals and birds and accordingly represents a stopping effect of animals approaching in an experimental manner, thereby improving durability and generality.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
