The present invention relates to a smart agricultural water management system and to a management method of daily irrigation quantity, and more specifically, to a smart agricultural water management system and to a management method of daily irrigation quantity to prevent loss of water. The present invention simulates agriculture by analyzing one-dimensional non-steady flow using a continuity equation and momentum equation and manages agriculture organization by using geographic information system (GIS) data.
