The present invention relates to a complex formulation including a hyperlipidemia therapeutic agent and omega-3 fatty acid. The complex formulation comprises 30-80 parts by weight of omega-3 fatty acid, 10-40 parts by weight of a glycol-based solvent, and 10-40 parts by weight of a polyethylene oxide (PEO)-polypropylene oxide (PPO)-polyethylene oxide (PEO) typed tri-block copolymer with respect to 1 part by weight of a hyperlipidemia therapeutic agent. The PEO-PPO-PEO typed tri-block copolymer is added to the complex formulation, thereby making the hyperlipidemia therapeutic agent dissolved in the glycol-based solvent into a micelle by a hydrophobic group of the tri-block copolymer; and preventing the contact between the hyperlipidemia therapeutic agent and the omega-3 fatty acid by a hydrophilic group. Accordingly, the release of the complex formulation is not delayed even after long-term storage, and the complex formulation has excellent stability so that the bioavailability of drugs can be enhanced. In addition, the complex formulation is easily manufactured by dispensing with a separate coating process to prevent the contact between the hyperlipidemia therapeutic agent and the omega-3 fatty acid. Therefore, the complex formulation can be practically used for treatment of hyperlipidemia to increase the level of serum high-density lipoprotein and reduce the levels of low-density lipoprotein and triglyceride.
