The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a tablet comprising a melissa officinalis leaf extract, which comprises a step of mixing a melissa officinalis leaf extract and a pharmaceutically acceptable additive and manufacturing a tablet via a dry granulation process. The tablet comprising the melissa officinalis leaf extract has excellent stability and shows a constant aspect of dissolution. Therefore, the tablet can be practically used to prevent or treat diseases mediated by angiogenesis and MMP enzyme activity or obesity.
