The present invention relates to a method for screening candidate materials of endocrine disrupting chemicals by using cord blood stem cells and a kit used in the method wherein the method and the kit are allowed to accurately screen candidate materials of endocrine disrupting chemicals in a simple manner by measuring the expression level of genes in the stem cell derived from cord blood cell wherein the genes are related to cell cycle.
