The present invention relates to a method for screening candidate substances of endocrine disrupting substances using umbilical cord blood stem cells and a kit used in the method. According to the method and kit of the present invention, it is possible to accurately and easily screen a substance suspected of being an endocrine disrupting substance through measurement of the expression level of a cell cycle-related gene in cord blood-derived stem cells.
