THIN FILM WITH NEGATIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT BEHAVIOR AND METHOD OF MAKING THEREOF

Disclosed is a conductive thin film including a binder matrix and a semiconductor nanowire distributed therein. The semiconductor nanowire has the weight of 30-50 wt% of the thin film. Also, disclosed in the present invention is a method for manufacturing the thin film. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a printing ink by mixing multiple semiconductor nanowires and a polymer binder; obtaining viscosity determined in advance by diluting the printing ink with a solvent; printing the printing ink on a substrate, and forming a conductive thin film on the same; and evaporating the solvent in a speed slower than the evaporation speed of water.
