The present invention provides an ultrasonic diagnosing apparatus capable of transmitting the following push pulse without the influence of the transmission of a prior push pulse. The ultrasonic diagnosing apparatus includes a transmission control unit to control an ultrasonic probe (2) for alternatively transmitting the push pulse of an ultrasonic wave with regard to a biological tissue T of a subject and a measurement ultrasonic pulse for measuring a shear wave generated in the biological tissue T by the corresponding push pulse several times.
