The present invention is to provide a system using transcription factor mutation to induce industrially useful traits from Kluyveromyces marxianus, and a modified Kluyveromyces marxianus prepared by the same. To this end, a mutation library has been constructed by using respective key factors belonging to the regulatory elements of the transcription factor complex which regulate gene expression. A mutant strain having higher acid resistance has been developed by introducing and expressing the mutant vector library constructed in a strain. Further, a strain capable of effectively producing 3-HP has been developed, and the strain is industrially very useful.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
