An excrement treating apparatus having a rotational nozzle according to the present invention comprises: a body including a seating part which has a shape corresponding to a genitals part of a human body and a buttocks curve and which is open toward a genitals part of a human body and buttocks so as to have a treating space for receiving excrement discharged from a human body, and a body unit which is connected to the seating part so as to be mounted between legs of a human body and in which an accommodation space is formed inside; a discharge passage which is arranged in the accommodation space and is communicated with the treating space so as to discharge excrement of the treating space to the outside; and a spray unit which is exposed in the treating space so as to spray washing water. The spray unit includes a washing unit which is provided to be rotatable around a central shaft and which has a rotational nozzle having spraying balls spraying washing water, wherein the spraying balls are formed along the periphery of the rotational nozzle.
