The present invention provides a method for preparing brown rice bran powder. The method includes the following steps: preparing the brown rice bran in a closed drum; roasting the brown rice bran in the drum at the temperature of 100 to 200 degrees; and patching the roasted brown rice bran with a 32 mesh net.
