The present invention relates to transgenic potatos with enhanced salt and drought tolerance and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the present invention uses the basic-leucine zipper 28 (bZIP28) genes separated from Arabidopsis thaliana and applies the genes for the transformation of the potatoes. Accordingly, the transgenic potatos can have enhanced salt and drought tolerance and be used as disaster-resistant crops capable of being grown normally even under abrupt climate changes due to global warming.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
