The present invention relates to a primer set for isothermal amplification assay. The primer set is used to detect tomato chlorosis virus consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 1-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16, or 17-20. According to the present invention, the primer set can early diagnose infection of ToCV and thus can prevent economic loss of farmers caused by the infection.
