The present invention relates to a superhydrophobic surface structure comprising a micro-nano dual rough structure, and a manufacturing method thereof, and specifically, to a superhydrophobic surface structure comprising a micro-nano dual rough structure which controls an assembly direction to form a specific pattern by using a simple interfacial effect in a forming process of a micro-nano dual rough structure of a hydrophobic surface structure using a spontaneous self-assembly phenomenon of a liquid crystal, and uses a hierarchical structure uniformly controlled in a large area as a hydrophobic surface imitating a natural phenomenon, and to a manufacturing method thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
