The present invention provides a tendon placement apparatus for the inside of a sheath pipe of a PC structure and a construction method for a PC structure using the same. The tendon placement apparatus comprises: a guide plate (400) joined to the end of a plurality of tendons (300) to apply tension to a concrete member (C) to make the plurality of tendons (300) pass through the inside of a sheath pipe (200) at the same time; a cover member (500) which covers one side of the guide plate (400) in the moving direction to prevent the guide plate (400) from directly colliding with the sheath pipe (200); and a drawing line (600) connected to one side of the cover member (500) in the moving direction to pull the cover member (500) in the moving direction of the tendons (300) in order to draw the plurality of tendons (300).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
