A sheath composition for a molten zinc alloy plated steel sheet with excellent corrosion resistance, a molten zinc alloy plated steel sheet, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The present invention relates to a sheath composition with excellent corrosion resistance and fuel resistance, a molten zinc alloy plated steel sheet applied with the sheath composition, and a manufacturing method thereof, which comprises: 5-10 wt% of a melamine-based hardening agent; 5-15 wt% of an ethylene-acrylic acid auxiliary hardening agent; 10-30 wt% of a reinforcing agent for corrosion resistance comprising silicon-based inorganic sol and silicate; and 2-10 wt% of a corrosion resistance improver comprising vanadium and titanium-based chelate complex, with respect to 100 parts by weight of an acrylic-urethane copolymer resin.
