The present invention relates to a dual drill bit for processing a stone anchor groove and a drill device for processing a stone anchor groove. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the drill bit includes a drill bit body including a rotary shaft insertion hole, into which a rotary shaft of a drill device is inserted, and an upper head inserted into an insertion groove around the rotary shaft when the rotary shaft is inserted into the rotary shaft insertion hole; a first drill formed by being extended from a lower central part of the drill bit body, protruding from a lower cross section in a horizontal direction by having a bigger diameter of a lower part than the diameter of a lower connecting part, and forming an anchor groove on a stone following the rotation of the rotary shaft; and a second drill protruding from an edge of a lower part of the drill bit body in a lower direction and forming a placing groove, which is a reference surface for inserting an anchor bolt into the anchor groove, around the anchor groove following the rotation of the rotary shaft.
