The present invention relates to a rainwater recycling system using a tourmaline filter paper. The system comprises a rainwater receiver installed on a rooftop of a building or house; a rainwater tank storing rainwater, collected by the rainwater receiver, and including first and second water level sensors installed according to height and position; a strainer installed in a lower position than the rainwater tank; a tourmaline filtering tank filtering the rainwater, filtered by the strainer, again; a purifying tank precipitating and purifying substances included in the rainwater, filtered by the tourmaline filtering tank; a discharging side rainwater pipe of the purifying tank supplying the rainwater, precipitated and purified by the purifying tank, to a toilet; a heat exchanger installed on a wall; a heat storing tank storing heat by absorbing the heat by a medium circulating in the heat exchanger; a circulating pump for circulating the medium; a heat energy collecting system exchanging the heat with the heat storage tank to transmit the heat to a hot water tank; the hot water tank transferring hot water from the heat energy collecting system to a heating system of the building; a first solenoid valve installed between the discharging side rainwater pipe and a washing water supply pipe of the toilet; a second solenoid valve installed on the washing water supply pipe to turn on/off the supply of tap water; and a controller controlling the first and the second solenoid valves.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
