The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide primer set whose sequence numbers are 2 and 5, an oligonucleotide primer set for diagnosing Cherry rasp leaf virus (CRLV) including an oligonucleotide primer set whose sequence numbers are 3 and 7, a kit for diagnosing the CRLV including the oligonucleotide primer set and a reagent used in an amplification reaction and a method for diagnosing the CRLV using the oligonucleotide primer set, thereby being used for accurately checking infection for the CRLV which is 1000 times faster than an existing diagnosis method using antiserum and being used in a quarantine site.
