The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for measuring radiation performance of a wireless terminal in a WiFi communications system. According to the method, a wireless terminal is mounted on a jig which comprises a turntable; radiation performance is measured at a preliminarily determined angle to the wireless terminal which is rotated by the turntable; changed total isotropic sensitivity (TRP) / total radiated power (TRP) equation is applied after multiplying the preliminarily determined weighted value by the measured values; the final value is outputted by applying TIS/TRP compensation to the result value to which the changed TIS/TRP equation is applied; and the jig is controlled according to the occurrence of a preliminarily promised command.
