The present invention relates to a Saccharomyces cerevisae BA29 (KCCM11507P) strain producing alcohol and not producing biogenic amine isolated from Rubus coreanus fruits, and to a composition for alcohol production which contains the strain or a culture solution thereof as an active ingredient. A safe wine of Rubus coreanus which does not contain biogenic amine is provided by using the strain of the present invention.
