The present invention relates to a marina management and control system based on the interlocking of a smart mobile terminal and a method for managing a marina using the same. The first aspect of the present invention relates to the marina management and control system based on the interlocking of the smart mobile terminal which includes a management server (10) for a marina control center, a smart mobile terminal (20) for a worker mounting an application (20a) for the worker, a smart mobile terminal (30) for a customer mounting an application (30a) for the customer, and a smart mobile terminal (40) for a yacht owner. The present invention provides the marina management and control system based on the interlocking of the smart mobile terminal which includes the management server (10) for the marina control center, the application (20a) for the worker, and the application (30a) for the customer.
