The present invention relates to a vehicle diagnosis system having improved accuracy and precision for vehicle diagnosis through case-based reasoning. The vehicle diagnosis system using case-based reasoning according to the present invention comprises: an information obtaining part for receiving user information from a user; a vehicle information providing part for providing vehicle information to the user who has input the user information through the information obtaining part; a position recognizing part for recognizing the position information of a vehicle through a GPS; and a service providing part for receiving the position information from the position recognizing part and including a self-diagnosis service providing part for providing a self-diagnosis service to a user to provide multiple services.
