PHASE DETECTOR FOR REALIZING OUTPUTS HAVING THE SAME WIDTH OF PULSE AND CLOCK AND DATA RECOVERY CIRCUIT USING THE SAME

Disclosed are a phase detector which makes the pulse width of phase data and the pulse width of a recovery clock same, and a clock and data recovery circuit using the same. The phase detector includes: a data timing transition detection part which detects the transition of the bit timing of input data; and a phase error detection part which outputs the phase data and the recovery clock which show the phase error of the input data and clock by using the output of the clock and data timing transition detection part. Here, the pulse width of the phase data is the same as the pulse width of the recovery clock.
