It is possible to accurately obtain calories consumed in an exercise such as a swing which is instantly reactive. A moving velocity calculation unit (22A) is to calculate velocity of a moving object based on a Doppler signal (Sd) obtained from a Doppler sensor (20). An estimation unit (22B) is to estimate, from the measured moving velocity, calorie unit consumption (C) of a user in response to a swing (moving operation) of a user. The estimation of calorie unit consumption (C) by the estimation unit (22B) is performed by using a regression formula representing a correlation between moving velocity and calorie consumption. A cumulative calculation unit (22C) is to calculate cumulative calorie consumption which is a cumulative value (SC) of calorie unit consumption (C) estimated by the estimation unit (22B) whenever a moving operation (swing) of a moving unit is performed by a user. A control (22D) is to make a display unit (14) to display the unit calorie consumption supplied from the estimation unit (22B) and the cumulative calorie consumption (SC) supplied from the cumulative calculation unit (22C).
