The present invention comprises: a step for providing non-bone cells; and a step for treating a histone deacetylase inhibitor and/or a methyltransferase inhibitor to the non-bone cells and discloses a method for transdifferentiating non-osteogenic cells to osteogenic cells which transfers the non-bone cells to osteogenic cells by the treatment, a composition using the same and a kit. The cells differentiated by the method according to the present invention can be useful in treatment for osteoanagenesis as osteoporosis or the like.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
