摘要

The present invention relates to a quantum dot having a core-shell structure with a semiconductor material as the core, and a photocatalyst and a photoelectrochemical device using the same. More specifically, the quantum dot having a new core-shell structure is manufactured by using a metal oxide semiconductor material as the core and introducing a carbon nanostructure as the shell. Therefore, the present invention is capable of: preventing the semiconductor material from being corroded due to sunlight in case of using the quantum dot having the core-shell structure; enhancing electrochemical performance by the movement of an electric charge between the core and the shell; and solving problems of an environmental pollution and harmfulness due to the semiconductor material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
