The present invention relates to a stacking apparatus for glass panel transportation. The present invention comprises: a glass panel stand where glass panel packages are vertically stacked where the glass panels are stacked; and a skating unit provided to vertically be moved in a lower portion of the glass panel stand, enabling the glass panel stand to be rolled when the skating unit is positioned towards a lower side enabling the glass panel stand to come in contact with a floor surface when the skating unit is positioned towards the upper side.
