The present invention relates to a method for managing art therapy information and a system thereof. The method for managing the art therapy information according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps: receiving an input of a picture from a user in real-time, on the basis of the input of the user; extracting picture information including time information, pen information, and coordinate information as to the inputted picture in a unit time interval from the inputted picture; judging whether the user has finished inputting of the picture; storing the picture information as to the whole inputted picture in case the user has finished inputting of the picture, according to the judgment resu and analyzing a mental state of the user by reconstructing the stored picture information sequentially, according to the time information of the stored picture information.
