According to the present invention, lipid and DOPA are synthesized with 6-arm PEG, DOPA is synthesized with gelatin, and lipid is induced to be interposed between and coupled with surface cell phospholipid layers of porcine pancreatic islets by using fat solubility of lipid. Through a way of modifying a membrane surface of porcine pancreatic islets through bonding of 6-arm PEG-SH, DOPA, gelatin-DOPA, and linear PEG-SH by using a covalent bond between DOPA and SH, compared to pure pancreatic islets which is not treated at all, a pancreatic islets shape, an insulin secreted degree, and a change in cell viability are not exhibited, and an increase in a maintained period of blood glucose is confirmed, so stability and viability of pancreatic islets are improved and pancreatic islets transplantation may be effectively performed.
