The present invention relates to a wall for preventing wave overtopping. The wall includes a wave overtopping protecting plate for blocking a wave or wind; a first frame provided around the wall overtopping protecting plate; a second frame detachably engaged to the first frame and having a fitting groove to which the wall overtopping protecting plate is fitted when the second frame is engaged to the first frame; and reinforcing member fastening ribs protruding from opposite inner positions of the first frame to form a space, in which a reinforcing member is inserted.
