The present invention relates to a nanoinjector including single-crystalline AU nanowires, an apparatus for delivering biomaterials comprising the same, and a method for delivering the biomaterials to a specific site in the cell using the nanoinjector. The nanoinjector comprises: single-crystalline AU nanowires in which the biomaterials are attach to or detached from the surface thereof; and a metal tip supporting and fixing the AU nanowires and delivering electrical signals, and being coated with an insulator not to expose the surface.
