The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Whangchil kimchi, which is characterized by manufacturing by adding a fermented Dendropanax morbifera liquid with seasoning, and to a Whangchil kimchi manufactured by the manufacturing method. The method for manufacturing Whangchil kimchi of the present invention manufactures kimchi has a simple manufacturing process by adding only a fermented Dendropanax morbifera liquid in the proper content in an existing method for manufacturing kimchi. The Whangchil kimchi manufactured by the manufacturing method has a pharmaceutical activity of Dendropanax morbifera, and is not only expected to have a biological acitivty of effective microorganisms existing in the fermented Dendropanax morbifera liquid, but also expected to increase demand in a kimchi market by having excellent taste compared with existing kimchi.
