According to the present invention, automatic temperature adjustment is performed and fermentation is completed in a certain period of time once the raw material for makkoli is input. Also, the liquor can be ground and stranded without having to be moved outside. Accordingly, any person can accurately manufacture traditional liquor such as the makkoli of desired quality once the raw material for makkoli is prepared.
