The present invention relates to a makkoli manufacturing apparatus including a fermentation tank (100), a heating pipe (204) and a cooling pipe (205) disposed in the fermentation tank (100) and capable of adjusting fermentation initiation temperature and temperature in the fermentation tank (100) during fermentation to a proper fermentation temperature, a control device configured to have a temperature sensor (202) that is disposed in the fermentation tank (100), a control box (209) that controls an operation of the heating pipe (204) or the cooling pipe (205) by comparing temperature information from the temperature sensor (202) to set proper fermentation temperature information, and a control panel (201) that controls an operation of the control box (209), an impeller (206) disposed in the fermentation tank (100), decreasing a high and low temperature difference by stirring a raw liquor material in the fermentation tank (100) and circulating the raw liquor material, an inner perforating net body (200) disposed in the fermentation tank (100) so that the raw liquor material rotated by the impeller (206) is ground while hitting an inner wall, and an outer perforating net body (210) having a filter function, that is disposed between the inner perforating net body (200) and the inner wall of the fermentation tank (100). According to the present invention, automatic temperature adjustment is performed and fermentation is completed in a certain period of time once the raw material for makkoli is input. Also, the liquor can be ground and stranded without having to be moved outside. Accordingly, any person can accurately manufacture traditional liquor such as the makkoli of desired quality once the raw material for makkoli is prepared.
