Disclosed are a VoLTE receipt service providing system, a home subscriber server, an application server, and a VoLTE receipt service providing method for a single LTE subscriber. The VoLTE receipt service providing system according to the present invention includes: a call connection support entity which supports a call connection for the single LTE subscriber; and the home subscriber server which manages a state according to the call connection support entity, and induces the single LTE subscriber to re-register in another call connection support entity through a mobility management device corresponding to the location of the single LTE subscriber if an obstacle occurs on the call connection support entity corresponding to the single LTE subscriber.
