The present invention discloses a voice-over LTE (VoLTE) call service providing system for hybrid LTE subscribers, a home subscriber server, a service call providing method for the same, a call control function device, a mobile communications terminal, and a location registration method for the same. According to the present invention, the VoLTE call service providing system provides the VoLTE call service based on IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) for the VoLTE subscribers in a long term evolution (LTE) network. The VoLTE call service providing system includes: the call control function device and the home subscriber server. The call control function device receives a session initiation protocol (SIP) registration message including terminal performance information from the VoLTE subscribers when registering the location of the VoLTE subscribers. The home subscriber server receives the terminal performance information of the VoLTE subscribers from the call control function device to store the information into profiles corresponding to the VoLTE subscribers and chooses to process a call to the IMS or not to support the VoLTE service for the VoLTE subscribers based on the profiles stored in advance when the service call for the VoLTE subscribers is requested.
